NATIVE HEALTH in Phoenix seeks a WIC Supervisor/Registered Dietitian to lead the WIC program, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will document client visits and provide nutrition education to women, infants and children while coordinating clinic operations and outreach efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nutrition/Dietetics and supervisory experience, with strong communication and community engagement skills. Phoenix-based position with NH benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory and mentoring staff experience preferred.
• Experience counseling minority populations.
• Flexible to work at any location as needed (clinics/outreach).

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutrition counseling to WIC participants.
• Supervise and develop WIC clinic staff and ensure coverage.
• Ensure compliance with ITCA, USDA, HIPAA, and NATIVE HEALTH policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and program reviews.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and outreach activities to maximize service delivery.
• Coordinate staff training and program development initiatives.
