DeKalb Public Health is seeking a WIC Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, accurate information to applicants and clients. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, update demographics, and coordinate transfers within the WIC program and DeKalb County Board of Health guidelines.

Strong emphasis on customer service, attention to detail, and ability to navigate INSIGHT/1FES systems; hybrid/onsite work with core hours and eligibility guidance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Excellent telephone and voicemail handling skills expected.

• Serve as initial contact for WIC applicants and clients.
• Handle high-volume calls and voicemails; provide information on WIC services.
• Schedule appointments and manage client records with accuracy.
• Direct inquiries to appropriate WIC staff and resources.
