• Greet and assist WIC clients in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provide information about WIC services, clinic hours, appointments, eligibility processes and program requirements.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to client questions and requests; manage voicemail within standards.
• Schedule appointments and issue vouchers; ensure accurate documentation and clinic flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism; support daily clinic operations and workflow.
