Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of full-time work experience providing customer support or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and provide professional customer service.
• Answer questions about services, hours, and eligibility processes.
• Screen and direct calls; document inquiries and route to staff.
• Process WIC intake using GA Gateway, GIMMS, GRITS, GWIS, WEC.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate clinic flow.
• Issue vouchers and explain proper use of WIC vouchers.
