Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required by AZ DPS for all locations.
• Professional customer service and scheduling experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
• Demonstrate efficient use of HANDs System to schedule, enroll clients, and obtain income documents.
• Order office supplies for the WIC Program as requested.
• Manage a wide range of administrative tasks and projects.
• Ensure organization and appearance of several office areas.
• Conduct health appraisals and nutritional assessments and document in HANDs.
• Provide nutrition counseling referrals as appropriate and monitor progress.
• Travel to other sites as needed.
