Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic function and staff workflow.
• Utilizes NYWIC reports to ensure participants receive benefits and monitor show rates.
• Supervises all staff at local agency site and mentors them to ensure staff success.
• Implements policy/program updates from sponsoring agency.
• Maintains inventories and orders WIC materials as needed.
• Performs annual staff performance appraisals and provides feedback to staff.
