Qualifications

• Assigns and explains all appointments to participants and reviews required forms.
• Schedules appointments with accuracy and provides reminder calls.
• Documents encounters clearly and concisely in NYWIC.
• Provides program information on WIC benefits and referrals.
• Maintains a positive, inclusive work atmosphere and handles inquiries professionally.
