Dump truck drivers at McAninch play an active role in large-scale commercial, industrial, and data center site development projects, hauling materials between sites to support project needs. Based in Des Moines, Iowa, our local CDL truck driving jobs allow you to become an essential part of our team. Our side and end dump drivers begin every day with a Pre-Task Planning meeting to go over assignments before being dispatched for the day. We can confidently say no day is the same, with drivers often traveling between various job and dump sites carrying materials like rock, dirt, and concrete. Drivers have the autonomy to independently execute tasks while staying connected to our team and working closely with experienced crews at active job sites.
Spend up to 12 hours each day hauling loads across active job sites

Take ownership of hauling materials between job sites, quarries, and dump locations
Work side by side with skilled crews supporting major infrastructure projects
CDL drivers at McAninch are responsible for maintaining vehicles, performing routine inspections, hauling materials in end dump, side dump, or pneumatic trucks, and communicating with the dispatcher throughout the day.
