Job summary

McAninch Corp. in Des Moines, IA is seeking CDL dump truck drivers to support major construction projects across the state. You will haul rock, dirt, and concrete between sites, up to 12 hours per day, and work as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Class A CDL preferred (Class B acceptable).
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating the same vehicle type.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and handle materials.
• DOT Clearinghouse registration required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect vehicles daily to ensure safety and reliability.
• Haul materials in end dump, side dump, or pneumatic trucks between sites.
• Communicate with dispatcher throughout the day and follow directions.
• Work with dispatchers, heavy equipment operators, and crew on active job sites.
• Support major construction projects as part of a dedicated team.
