Job summary

Purple is seeking a Wholesale Supervisor to lead a floor team and achieve site forecasts while delivering exceptional customer service. This role reports to the department manager and ensures timely, quality goods in alignment with site standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, assisting with forecast plans, and coordinating with safety, HR, logistics, and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Quality Assurance/Control background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate team.
• Lead or collaborate with site-wide initiatives for continuous improvement and 5S.
• Help create forecast plans.
• Monitor daily productivity and balance workload.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, transportation, logistics, and production teams.
• Stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Meet KPIs such as DIFOT, quality and backlog targets.
