Compensation

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour.

Job Summary

This position is a Thursday‑Saturday shift supervisor for a wholesale department, reporting directly to the department manager. The supervisor leads a floor team to achieve forecast targets and deliver high‑quality service to customers while maintaining site standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate a team lead; collaborate on continual improvement initiatives and 5S.
• Create forecast plans and monitor daily productivity, balancing workload across partners.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promise.
• Collaborate with support teams including safety, Human Resources, transportation, logistics, and production.
• Stand and walk during shifts that may last up to 12 hours.
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as required by duties.
• Work in environments where noise levels vary and temperature and weather conditions may fluctuate.
• Ensure department meets KPI targets such as SIFOT, DIFOT, quality complaints, backlog adherence, picking timeliness, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and insistence on high standards for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team‑oriented.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and Excel.
• Ability to identify potential hazards impacting product quality.
• Familiarity with high‑jump processes.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand >8hours daily.
• High school diploma required; Quality Assurance/Control background preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Stand, sit, or remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
• Move objects up to 15lbs in all directions.
• Perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Work in a noisy, open‑office environment.

Work Hours

Full‑time, 30–40 hours per week with a good‑faith estimate; shift Thursday‑Saturday with potential overtime; shift changes based on operational demand with 30‑day notice.
