Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate (Wholesale Stocking Associate) to support the Product Lifecycle Manager in daily material handling at a retail branch. You will help with receiving, stocking, and presenting products to meet sales, merchandising, and inventory goals.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule, no late-night shifts, Sunday off, PTO, 401(k) match, employee discount, and training on pallet jacks and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with pallet jacks handy but not required.
• Ability to perform receiving and restocking tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations within the branch.
• Communicate with Product Lifecycle Manager to address operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged/expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate (Wholesale Stocking Associate) with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.
