The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Overnight Operations Manager in daily material handling at a Baltimore retail location. You will help with receiving, stocking, and presenting products to align with sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or supply chain, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of our business model and a strong work ethic.
• Basic customer service skills and ability to function well with coworkers.

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.

The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
  

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
