The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling at our Baltimore branch. You will help receiving, stocking, and presenting inventory to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

This role emphasizes organized restocking, FIFO stock rotation, and clear communication with management to keep the location running smoothly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks and carts.
• Maintain organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Coordinate with Overnight Operations Manager to stock products in correct locations.
• Address operational issues with Overnight Operations Manager as needed.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Support management initiatives to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Overnight Operations Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
