Job summary

Insa in the Philadelphia area seeks a Wholesale Sales Manager to drive revenue growth as a hands-on leader and individual contributor. You will build new business, grow existing accounts, and curate offerings for wholesale and retail settings, managing the full sales lifecycle with autonomy and strategic insight.

You will lead two staffers, coach performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align product mix, pricing, and promotions with market demand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Existing connections with cannabis retailers in the region preferred.

Responsibilities
