Job summary

Essential Employment Services Inc. seeks a Cannabis Wholesale Sales Representative to drive wholesale revenue and manage relationships with licensed retailers.

The role covers territory growth, order coordination, and AR support, ensuring all transactions comply with state regulations and brand education is delivered to partners. You will represent Shaka and Springtime brands, coordinate pop-ups, and pursue new opportunities while meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years of sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in sales
• Reliable transportation for in-person sales visits
• Passion for the cannabis industry and the company's mission and values

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners in the territory
• Serve as primary contact for wholesale accounts—inquiries, orders, follow-ups, payments, and ongoing support
• Represent and promote Shaka and Springtime brands with education in the market
• Schedule and execute pop-up events with retail partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Coordinate wholesale orders with internal teams for accurate fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with planning and fulfillment
• Communicate pricing, availability, and lead times clearly to wholesale customers
• Review COAs and provide compliance documentation to buyers
• Ensure compliance with state/local cannabis regulations
• Collaborate with inventory, production, and compliance teams
• Collect payments and assist AR management
• Provide product education and ongoing partner support
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Represent the brand at trade shows and dispensary visits
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and transactions
