Job summary

Essential Employment Services, Inc. is seeking a Cannabis Wholesale Sales Representative to drive wholesale revenue and build relationships with licensed retail partners in a defined territory. You will represent Shaka and Springtime brands, coordinate orders, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support AR activities.

You will educate partners, schedule pop-ups, and monitor market trends to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. Travel for in-person visits is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in cannabis or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners within an assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary contact for wholesale accounts, handling inquiries, orders, payment status, and ongoing account support.
• Represent and promote Shaka and Springtime brands with education and brand presence in the market.
• Schedule and execute pop-up events with retail partners after product deliveries.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate wholesale orders with internal teams for accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Review COAs and provide compliance documentation to wholesale buyers as required.
• Ensure all wholesale activities comply with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Collaborate with inventory, production, and compliance teams to align sales with available supply.
• Collect payments and assist with AR management, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices.
• Provide product education, training, and ongoing support to retail partners.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, dispensary visits, and in-store promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and communications.
