Job summary

Steve Madden in New York is seeking a Wholesale Product Coordinator to support our footwear division onsite in LIC. The role manages product copy and photography for wholesale across seasons and works with design, production, and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will maintain a seasonal master product list, prepare presentations, and keep product information updated in internal systems and with partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all product copy and photography needs for the wholesale channel across multiple seasons.

• Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and product decks for internal and external use.
• Ensure all product information is properly formatted and up to date for internal systems and external partners.
• Support the wholesale team with ad hoc reporting, sample management, and seasonal market preparation.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Wholesale Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting our growing footwear division. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $26-30/hour. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
