Krieger Ford Inc. seeks a full-time Parts Wholesale Advisor Counter Person to join the service team. You will handle phone calls, assist customers at the counter, and develop wholesale accounts while processing orders online and by phone.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage will-call and back-orders, and maintain a high level of service for all customers in-store and across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
• 1–2 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license with few to no points.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers at the retail counter as needed.
• Solicit/develop wholesale accounts and process wholesale orders online and via phone.
• Coordinate deliveries/pick-ups and parts drivers.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
• Maintain accuracy of will-call and back-order files and assist with vendor returns.
