Job summary

Rockland Cjd Llc is seeking a full-time Parts Wholesale Advisor Counter Person to support our service team. You will handle incoming calls, assist customers at the counter, solicit and develop wholesale accounts, and coordinate orders, deliveries, and pickups.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of automotive parts experience, are computer literate, and can work evenings or Saturdays. A valid driver’s license with few points is preferred.

• 1–2 years automotive parts experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• Flex schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license with few points on record.

Responsibilities

• Pull purchases from stock and check availability; submit emergency orders if requested.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and information.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick‑up.
• Verify will-call and back-order files weekly and coordinate with vendors.
• Solicit assigned accounts by phone and manage wholesale relationships.
• Process wholesale orders online and by phone; coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; report areas for improvement to the Parts Manager.
• Participate in training programs and help maintain Lost Sale Tracking.
