Job summary

Longbridge Financial is seeking a Wholesale Support Administrator in New Jersey to support the Wholesale Sales Team. You will streamline partner onboarding, maintain application data, and assist with renewals and communications.

You will work closely with Approvals, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and excellent partner service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Approvals Department to onboard new partners.
• Review partner applications for completeness and proper documentation.
• Enter and maintain partner data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare annual partner renewal applications for Renewal Review Committee.
• Manage partner setup, user accounts, and service contracts in internal systems.
• Maintain partner distribution lists for timely communication.
• Assist with partner relationship management and communications with Marketing.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
