Job summary

The position requires 18+ years old eligibility to work in the U.S.

and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain accurate work order files and stocking records
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed
• Assist in deliveries and unloading; maintain store appearance
