Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Meridian, ID is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to help commercial paint customers select the right products, answer questions, and ensure high satisfaction. You will tint and mix products as needed, process sales accurately, and assist with deliveries, while staying knowledgeable about product features and upholding store visuals.

This role requires reliability to work evenings and weekends and a valid driver’s license to support deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
