Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in Meridian, Idaho. You will determine customer needs, explain product features, and recommend solutions while maintaining high store standards and helping meet sales goals.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Weekend/evening availability may be required, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
