Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Maintain clean store equipment and assist in deliveries when required.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
