Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must be able to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a rating of Meets Expectations (3) or better on the last performance appraisal.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory records.
• Pull appropriate products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries.
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable; stay knowledgeable on products.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements.
