Job summary

Hawke & Co is expanding its sales team in New York, seeking a motivated salesperson to manage retail accounts, nurture relationships, and drive growth in mens and ladies outerwear and sportswear.

You will analyze weekly sales, coordinate with buyers, and develop strategies to exceed targets while promoting brand visibility. A self-starter with strong communication and travel readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in mens outerwear / sportswear or related retail segments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Willingness to travel and represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail partnerships and product assortments to maximize sales.
• Track and manage all purchase orders and ensure product availability.
• Analyze weekly sales data to communicate trends and performance.
• Provide weekly updates to Sales Manager on goals and progress.
• Build relationships with retail partners and explore new opportunities.
• Present products to buyers and collaborate on assortments to secure orders.
