Job summary

RuffleButts + RuggedButts, a premium children’s apparel company, seeks a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to move wholesale orders from placement to delivery. You will be the main contact for wholesale customers and reps, owning day-to-day order management across Faire, NuOrder, and NetSuite.

You’ll maintain the wholesale catalog, support key accounts, track prebooks, and run promotions. Success means accurate orders, fast prebook releases, clean product data, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale, customer service, order management, or sales operations in apparel or consumer products.
• Strong attention to detail when syncing orders, fees, and product data across systems.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication with customers, reps, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wholesale customers via email, phone, and Faire messages.
• Provide order status, ship dates, and tracking updates.
• Place and modify orders on request; process cancellations and returns as needed.
• Manage Faire orders: apply discounts, promote prebooks, and update netsuite/Faire data.
• Oversee NuOrder orders: collect payments, send invoices, and manage tax documents.
• Maintain product data in Faire and NuOrder; assist with SKU and description updates.
• Build monthly collection linesheets in NuOrder with images; publish on the NuOrder homepage.
• Monitor prebooks and reporting; support Power BI reporting and open prebook status.
