Zusammenfassung

Wing is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to join our remote team. The role focuses on order entry, processing, routing, and payments, plus creating items across wholesale, retail, and marketplaces.

You will manage samples to retailers, organize payouts, and generate Excel reports for sales reps across the US.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience as a retail and wholesale operations specialist / E-commerce experience.
• At least 18 years of age and completed High School.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational & time management skills.
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.

Wholesale Operations Specialist (Remote)

Schedule: US work hours 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package per month:

• PHP 45,000/month up to PHP 48,000/month (still negotiable depending on experience)
