Job summary

Wing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Logistics) to join our remote team and start immediately. You will receive and manage daily leads, conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day, perform lead research and qualification, and set meaningful meetings for prospects.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or certificate, at least 1 year of sales experience in logistics, excellent English (C1), strong communication, CRM/VoIP familiarity, and the ability to work a graveyard shift.

Company Overview

The client is a privately owned third‑party logistics provider specializing in over‑the‑road trucking and international shipping. The company offers a wide range of freight services, including Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), Overdimensional, and Expedited shipping across the United States and Canada.

Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Receive and manage daily leads from the Lead Generation tool
• Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day
• Perform lead research and qualification
• Execute cold calling and follow‑up outreach
• Set meaningful and qualified meetings
• Handle appointment setting for prospects
• Potentially conduct demo calls and close deals, as needed
• Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or certificate course.
• Proven Experience in the Logistics Industry
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
• Experience with word‑processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
