Job summary

Golden Goose in New York HQ is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist focused on Wholesale operations to ensure timely shipment and receipt of products to our partners. This role supports commercial teams and coordinates with IT and Logistics to manage inventory and shipments.

You will handle shipments, returns, credits, and EDI orders, working in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 years experience within Customer Service and Logistics
• Proficiency in Stealth preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Specialist will support the commercial teams for Wholesale and Wholesession businesses.
• Coordinate with IT Team to support implementation of inventory management and revenue per door Wholesale and Wholesession Customer Management and coordination with Logistics.
• Support with shipments and returns management
• Coordinate Factor/credits for shipments
• EDI’s orders management and reconciliation
• Support logistics functions including tracking the shipments from Italy and provide assistance on the status of goods
