Job summary

Gogo is seeking a Shipping Specialist in Denver to manage daily shipment requirements and perform look-ahead order reviews to meet customer dock dates and OTTR targets. You will pack and stock Finished Goods with careful attention to product preservation.

You will prepare packages, ship domestic and international orders, and create customs documents such as ACE/AES filings and waybills. The role emphasizes continuous improvement within the Materials & Logistics team.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience in the field.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Occasional after-hours emergency shipment handling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments by validating contents, labeling, and ensuring certificates/forms are accurate.
• Ship domestic and international orders to meet delivery dates.
• Select carriers and service levels for each shipment.
• Use FedEx/UPS/DHL portals and freight forwarder portals.
• Create customs documentation such as ACE/AES filings, invoices, and waybills.
• Monitor packing supplies and inventory.
• Ensure product preservation per ESD/FOD requirements.
• Support receiving/material handling and audits.
• Assist internal customers with shipping logistics.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
