Job summary

Kurt Geiger USA is seeking a Wholesale Operations Associate to proactively manage the supply chain and customer service for the USA Wholesale business. Based in New York, you will collaborate with US team and London HQ to ensure operational excellence for end customers and department store clients.

You will report to the SVP of Americas in New York and Head of Global Logistics in London, adopting global processes while maintaining nimbleness to support local customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar wholesale/ops role.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Accurate data provision and timely decision making within the remit of the role.
• Timely maintenance of merchandise systems and data per department protocol.
• Improved customer service with wholesale partners.
• Effective communication and workload management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wholesale supply chain stock post PO creation until delivery and returns management.
• Liaise with Merchandising and Buying to monitor stock flow and share data with DCs for peak planning.
• Inform customers promptly of delays or disruptions to stock.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on deliveries, invoicing, cancellations and forecasting.
• Create and share reporting tools with Wholesale team and broader business.
• Provide Franchise Partners with regular delivery schedule updates.
