Qualifications

• Knowledge of US Wholesale customer and US Department Store business.
• Ability to analyze sales trends
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in department stores with customers and associates
• Ability to do stockroom work
• Travel required up to 70% of time throughout territory
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications; Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout territory to educate store associates on our brand and identify opportunities to increase business and brand awareness.
• Execute and maintain best-in-class visual merchandising standards and brand placement at all assigned doors within territory.
• Interact with customers and store associates, sharing product knowledge about our brands/products.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, Senior Director of Partner Merchandising, Business Managers, and store associates.
• Seasonally plan territory focuses and travel with leadership assistance.
• Provide support in seasonal buy meetings and market showroom set-up.
• Strong communication for daily reporting and working closely with store partners.
