Job summary

Kurt Geiger in New York seeks a passionate retail associate to deliver outstanding service at a fast-paced flagship. You will greet customers, recommend products and help maintain the store's presentation in line with the brand.

You should be comfortable standing long hours, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive on meeting sales targets while representing the London-born label. English proficiency and eligibility to work in the US are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the greater sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
• Stay informed about current products, trends and promotions to provide up-to-date information.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Maintain store standards throughout the store, including the back of house.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash, cards and other payments.
• Support with inventory management and organization of stockroom.
• Replenish the shop floor as needed and communicate daily needs to management.
