Parrish Tire Company is seeking a Wholesale Operations Analyst/ADM to support wholesale sales and operations. This role coordinates customer accounts, dealer programs, and B2B portals, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, data-entry, reporting and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with email, word-processing software, spreadsheets, online portals and electronic documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows related to sellout reporting, dealer incentive programs, and other recurring wholesale sales processes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc sales reports for leadership.
• Work with partner portals and tools for information sharing and order processing.
• Troubleshoot access issues and manage user access to portals and platforms.
• Provide credential support and coordinate dealer transfers and orders.
