Replay Repairs is seeking a Wholesale & Online Sales Manager to oversee relationships with Disc Replay wholesale accounts and manage inventory testing, listing, and fulfillment from our Clio, MI office. The role blends hands-on tasks with leadership responsibilities and process improvement.

• Receive defective inventory and verify shipments; address discrepancies with repairs team.
• Test, inspect, and ensure refurbished inventory meets standards before sale.
• Help hire, train, and lead employees as company grows.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment records.
• Develop and improve processes related to wholesale and online sales, quality control, and fulfillment.
