• Ability to work on site, including moving around the nursery and light physical tasks.
• Prior wholesale nursery, horticulture sales, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional horticulture education or certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate will call and delivery requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to inquiries and proactively identify plant solutions.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to check inventory and plant quality; update customer records.
• Communicate availability, pricing, and timelines clearly and timely.
• Promote key product lines such as the Drought Devils collection and participate in sales initiatives.
