Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Mentor and coach AEs to build broker relationships.
• Communicate program changes to brokers and staff.
• Oversee loan submissions and CRM data quality.
• Prepare regional forecasts and production reports.
• Collaborate with operations to streamline file flow.
• Represent Carrington at trade shows and industry events.
