Job summary

Shinesty is expanding its national wholesale business and seeks a driven hunter who can open new doors, build trusted retailer relationships, and expand reorders. You will own full-cycle sales from prospecting to securing initial commitments and nurturing the account for long-term growth.

Ideal candidates bring a strong outbound sales background, comfort selling to retail buyers, and ability to travel for prospecting and line reviews.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales track record focused on prospecting and closing new retail accounts.
• Experience in wholesale, retail, or distributor sales is preferred.
• Category experience in men's apparel, underwear, socks, accessories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of target retail accounts across specialty, gifting, outdoor, resort, and related channels.
• Prospect buyers and merchants; secure first meetings and lead sell-in presentations.
• Negotiate and close the first commercial commitments—assortment, pricing, terms, and initial order.
• Develop trusted relationships with buyers, planning teams, and allocators; lead reviews and sell-through discussions.
• Map buying departments to find new categories and drive expansion across doors and categories.
