Job summary

Shinesty is seeking a proactive wholesale sales professional to find, open, and grow retail accounts nationwide. This full-cycle, outbound role blends hunter energy with relationship-building to win new doors and expand them into durable partnerships across specialty, gifting, outdoor, and apparel channels.

You will own pipeline, conduct business reviews, and drive revenue growth by increasing reorders, expanding assortments, and improving retailer performance through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Track record in outbound sales—prospecting and closing new retail accounts.
• Experience owning a territory, book of business, or major account relationship in wholesale/retail.
• Strong retail math: sales, margin, inventory, turns, weeks of supply.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of target retail accounts across channels.
• Prospect and secure first meetings with buyers and merchants.
• Lead sell-in presentations and pitch Shinesty’s brand and economics.
• Negotiate and close first commercial commitments (assortment, pricing, terms).
• Develop long-term relationships with buyers, planners, and allocators.
