Job summary

BaubleBar Inc. is seeking a hands-on Wholesale Supervisor to lead our New Jersey distribution center in Moonachie, NJ. You will own wholesale pick, pack, and ship operations, manage EDI/ASN processes, and coach a team of wholesale associates and leads.

This on-site, full-time role demands accuracy, timely retailer orders, and a proactive approach to process improvements. You will collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Care to keep orders moving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse/logistics with 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Hands-on with EDI, ASNs, and retailer routing guides.
• Proficiency with SnapFulfil WMS, NetSuite ERP, and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong cross-functional communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily wholesale fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship) to meet ship windows.
• Supervise and develop Wholesale Team Lead and associates.
• Own EDI and ASN end-to-end and troubleshoot with partners.
• Ensure accurate carton labels and retailer tickets per standards.
• Monitor orders, windows, and dates; flag risks early.
• Track productivity and drive process improvements.
• Plan labor and schedule staff, including temps.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Logistics, and Care to move orders.
• Maintain records of EDI, labels, and shipping docs.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse area.
