Job summary

BaubleBar Inc. seeks a hands-on Inventory Supervisor to lead our New Jersey Distribution Center in Moonachie, NJ. You will own inventory accuracy, oversee receiving, cycle counts, replenishment, and transfers, and guide a team of associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or inventory control, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with cycle counting, variance research, and reconciliation
• Proficient with SnapFulfil WMS and NetSuite ERP; Excel skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and cross‑department communication
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory operations across receiving, putaway, replenishment, and location management
• Supervise, train, and develop inventory associates, including temporary staff
• Own the cycle count program end to end and lead physical inventories
• Reconcile inventory between WMS and ERP; resolve discrepancies with teams
• Process inventory transfers across channels to prevent oversells and gaps
• Track accuracy, shrink, and adjustment trends; implement improvements
• Oversee inbound receipts, flag shortages/damages, coordinate with Production/vendors
• Coordinate with Merchandising/Wholesale/Sales/Systems to keep data reliable
• Manage bulk and backstock locations and maintain audit-ready records
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and enforce safety policies
• 3 month assignment with potential for regular employment
