Der Dutchman Restaurant Plain City is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in a part-time role with evening and weekend availability. The driver will handle daily delivery tasks, stock and prepare bakery/beverage products, and provide friendly, reliable service to our customers.

You should have a valid driver’s license; Serve Safe certification is a plus; previous food service experience preferred but not required. High school diploma is required.

• Serve Safe Certification a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Prior food service experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Delivery Driver to transport products to customers.
• Operate and routinely clean delivery truck and equipment.
• Daily ordering, packaging, stocking bakery/beverage products, and delivering goods.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with regular clients.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Bakery Route Supervisor to identify future sales opportunities.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Ensure product rotation and quality, requesting guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed by the Wholesale Bakery Route Supervisor.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivery Driver
• Operating and routine cleaning of the delivery truck and all equipment.
• Daily ordering, packaging product, and stocking bakery and beverage products, delivering product.
• Provides great customer service and builds relationships to ensure regular client base.
• Works with Wholesale Bakery Route Supervisor to identify future sales opportunities.
• Follows safe food handling procedures.
• Ensures product is rotated and used appropriately to ensure the best quality.
• Requests direction and clarification from the Wholesale Bakery Route Supervisor as needed.
• Any other duties as needed or directed by the Wholesale Bakery Route Supervisor.

Pay: $16.00

Job Type

• Part-time position 20 Hours+
• Mondays 5:30pm-9pm
• Tuesdays 5:30pm-Midnight
• Thursdays 5:30pm-10pm
• No Sunday
• Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
• Two weeks on-the-job training provided
