Bender Plumbing Supplies is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join our Waterbury and Hartford branches. This full-time, in-office role operates Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation, offering $20–$25 per hour plus an incentive plan.

You will provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email, process transactions using POS and WMS systems, and help grow sales while maintaining an organized counter area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years counter sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with contractors or trade customers is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email, and process transactions using POS and WMS systems.
• Fulfill customer orders, arrange pickups, and handle returns/exchanges professionally.
• Increase sales by promoting new products, specials, and trainings, and proactively grow product knowledge.

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Counter Sales Associates for positions atour Waterburyand Hartford branches. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Counter Sales Associates who want to be a part of a fast-paced and culture forward environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email, and process transactions using our point-of-sale and WMS systems
• Fulfill customer orders, arrange pickups, and handle returns and exchanges professionally
• Increase sales by promoting new products, specials, and trainings, and proactively growing your product knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized counter area

Requirements:

• 5+ years counter sales, customer management or customer service
• Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply experience
