Job summary

1848 Roasting Co. is growing and seeking a personable Brand Representative to help expand our retail and wholesale presence in Wisconsin. Based in New Berlin, you’ll visit potential accounts, introduce our coffee to buyers and managers, deliver samples, and start conversations that turn into long-term partnerships.

This is not a desk job. You’ll travel locally in southeastern Wisconsin, build relationships with grocers, hotels, country clubs, restaurants, gyms and other wholesale partners, and

Qualifications

• Personable and able to start conversations with business buyers.
• Comfortable working outside a desk environment and traveling locally.
• Experience in sales, retail, grocery, hospitality, or CPG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential wholesale accounts.
• Visit prospective customers in the Greater Milwaukee area.
• Deliver samples and introduce 1848 coffee to buyers and managers.
• Build relationships with store managers, buyers and business owners.
• Follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into new accounts.
• Maintain a simple sales pipeline and provide weekly updates.
• Support reorders and product placement at existing accounts.
• Represent the 1848 brand personality and story.
