Job summary

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking Brand Ambassadors to promote a portfolio of beverage brands through tastings and activations at retail locations across Wisconsin. You will educate consumers, create engaging experiences, and serve as the face of our products.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, enjoy speaking with groups, and can work evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and a flexible schedule are required; prior beverage promotions experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality suitable for speaking to groups.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Promotions/sales/beverage industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proactive interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Represent brands enthusiastically at retail locations.
• Conduct beverage tastings and activations.
• Educate consumers on product features, flavor profiles, and brand history.
• Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and product sales.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down promotional activities and sampling stations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space.
• Build positive relationships with retail partners and staff.
• Transport promotional materials and event supplies as needed.
• Promote responsible alcohol consumption and comply with regulations.
• Snap photos during promotions.
