Qualifications

English language fluency required
College degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
3-5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or a financial services organization
Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs, and policies
Financial services or banking experience preferred
Project management or business analyst experience preferred
Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, or executive reporting using data visualization or business intelligence tools preferred
Experience designing or maintaining SharePoint sites, team portals, or knowledge management resources preferred
Experience using Microsoft Forms, Excel, and SharePoint to support intake processes, surveys, feedback loops, event tracking, or workflow automation preferred
Ability to summarize complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leaders preferred
Ability to influence outcomes and build strong cross-functional relationships preferred
Knowledge of Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Consumer Banking, Small Business Banking, or related financial services businesses preferred
MBA preferred

Responsibilities

Support execution of priority Wholesale Client Engagement initiatives through project planning, coordination, logistics, and stakeholder alignment
Prepare executive-ready materials, insights, and updates for senior leadership, including ad hoc requests from Wholesale leaders
