Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Wholesale B2B & Sales Tool Specialist I to support the development, execution, and maintenance of wholesale sales tools, B2B platforms, and seasonal resources across wholesale channels.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure accurate product data, imagery, pricing, and timeliness, while exploring AI-generated content and new imagery formats to enhance storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
1+ years in wholesale, sales ops, merchandising, or related fields.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Collaborate across departments and build relationships.
Experience with wholesale B2B platforms like Elastic Suite.
Experience with product data, catalogs, or digital asset management.
Knowledge of apparel, footwear, or consumer products.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and distribute wholesale tools (workbooks, SKU lists, imagery, sell-in decks).
Coordinate asset collection across Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.
Review content for accurate product data, imagery, pricing, and timelines.
Develop enhanced tools using new imagery formats and AI-generated content.
