Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Fabiana Filippi is an Italian luxury lifestyle brand seeking a Wholesale Assistant for its US headquarter offices to join the Sales department. Successful candidates should have a strong analytical background and interest in the business of fashion. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales team, and oversee the daily showroom upkeep.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Daily assistance to the Wholesale team on all aspects of customer-related administrative tasks
• Assist with weekly shipping updates, EDI maintenance and selling reports
• Main point of contact for Nuorder templates, UPC uploads and product copy templates
• Communicate to accounts details regarding orders; management of order confirmations, and tracking of order intake
• Support the sales team in market with order entry and organization of showroom
• Enter and maintain sales contracts and purchase order post-market
• Communicate information to accounts regarding information affecting orders; management of order confirmations and tracking of on order
• Assist with wholesale repairs, stock lists and RA requests
• Assist in preparing in-store brand product training tools
• Ensure seasonal copy sheets are completed and sent to online partners
• Assist the wholesale team in merchandizing and tracking product assortment in local stores
• Accompanying sales team on local product knowledge clinics
• Pull account selling on a weekly cadence for sales team
• Track and fulfill sample loans, including packing and shipping of product
• Market prep: coordinate sample management, showroom set-up, and supply orders

Requirements:

This is an entry-level role. A prior internship experience in wholesale with a fashion brand is ideal. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required, ability to quickly navigate and update multiple spreadsheets at a given time. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Positive “can-do” attitude, ability to independently problem solve and propose solutions.

Salary range: the range for this position is approximately $50,000 annual salary.

Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience.
